Sending us your paper bill is as easy as taking a photo of every page and sending it to us in the app.
It is important to note that you need to already be using the Handled app to upload a bill in this way.
When asked how you access your bills, select the "paper bill" option.
Follow the screen prompts to take a photo of every page and check that each photo is a clear photo we will be able to use.
Please ensure that you get every page of your bill. Most of the really useful information is on the last page, so we will have to ask you to re-submit if it does not come through.
